专利说明:
The invention relates to a linear storage for storage and automatic distribution, which can be used for products, preferably laid in boxes in the form of a parallelepiped. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. Figure 1 schematically shows the proposed warehouse, a general view; figure 2 - warehouse, side view (schematically shows two cells); on fig.Z - toothed belt and chains, top view; 4 shows a module formed by cells with a common removal conveyor; Fig. 5 illustrates a chain link of an ejector; Fig. 6 shows a link with a finger without an engagement tooth, which is part of the chain of an ejector; Fig. 7 shows the ejection device, in the resting position, side view; fig.Z - the same, in the working position; Fig. 9 is a warehouse for storing and distributing cellular packages; 10 shows the ramp along which the chain of the ejector moves; figure 11 is the same, side view; on Fig - the position of the chain links inside the ramp; in fig. 13 is a chain view from above; on Fig - the same, and on the means of supplying this circuit (one of the options). The warehouse (figure 1) contains two cells 1 and 2, the frame of the cells is rigidly fixed on the supporting structure. The parallelepiped cell 1 is formed of simple sheet steel guides, it has front 3 and rear 4 walls, two side walls 5 and 6, and bottom 7 in the form of a horizontal shelf. On the front wall, at the level of the bottom 7, there is a hole 8 for the passage of the box 9 located in the lower part of the stack 10. In the bottom 7, between the walls 3 and 4, there is a longitudinal slot 11 parallel to the walls of the cells 1 and 2. The top wall of each cell also made in the form of a horizontal shelf. In cell 1, as in cell 2, an ejector 12 is located under the base of each cell. It consists of a chain of 13 (figure 5 and 6). The chain is formed by links 14 (Fig. 5), each link is made of well-sliding and wear-poor plastic. the mass, for example, of nylon, this link is connected to the adjacent links 14 by means of a hinge-type junction 15 protrusion 16. On the side outer the surface of the link 17 has an engagement tooth 18. There are also two ejector links 19 and 20 in the chain 13, which are identical to each other, but different from the links 14. they are positioned at rest so that they are diametrically opposed to each other (figure 1). Link 19 (Fig. 6) is connected to two adjacent links using the same system. Hinge 21 - cavity 22, but its the outer side 23 is smooth, and on its upper side there is a pusher finger 24. The chain (figure 1) is placed with the possibility of sliding in a closed ramp (Figs. 10-12), which has two sections 25 and 26, section 26 is inclined with respect to section 25 so that the pusher finger can retract inward beneath bottom 7, the two straight sections 25 and 26 are interconnected two circular sections 27 and 28. The ejector 12 has a mechanism for moving the ejector link 19 out of the slot, in the direction of the arrow 29. This mechanism consists of an electromagnet 30 that acts on the lever 31 connected to the spring 32. The said mechanism is a means of feeding the chain to the toothed belt 33 which is in box 34 at wall 3 level straight from the teeth 18 of the links 14 of the chain 13. This toothed belt is made according to a technology similar to that used in the manufacture of toothed belts, which are used to drive generators in cars. Preferably, the belt is made of a flexible synthetic material, reinforced with a woolen fabric having good tensile strength. Cells 1 and 2 with stacks of 10 boxes are shown ejecting devices 12 and 35 connected to the toothed belts 33 and 36, driven by axes 37 and 38, which are interconnected by a transmission belt 39, the whole complex is driven by an engine 40. A single engine 40 (FIG. 3) can continuously drive a toothed belt that can be connected to all cells. The conveyor belt 41 for removal is located parallel to the driving belts 33 and 36. In the rest position (Fig. 1), the two ejector links 19 and 20 are in the opposite position, and the link 20, on which there is no lateral tooth, cannot be hooked by the toothed belt 33, which rotates continuously. In the case of an ejection command, the electromagnet 30 acts to remove box 9, the lever 31 of which pushes the ejector link 19 out of the slot in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 1), link 20 also moves out of the slot, and link 14 can be carried away by the toothed belt 33. The link The pusher 19 passes through the slot 11 and pushes the box 9 until it crosses the opening 8 and is on the conveyor belt 41. Then the link 19 is in the initial position of the link 20, and the engagement of the chain 13 is automatically interrupted. By inclining a ramp that guides the chain 13 in the region of the region 26, the link 20 collapses as the link 19 moves. The flexibility of the belt 33 should be sufficient so that each of the teeth can flatten under the action of the pressure of the tooth 18 of the link of link 14, although there may be cases when the tooth 18 does not engage well with the belt 33. The tooth of the belt 33 may not have this flexibility, then it is envisaged to install foam between the belt 33 and the socket; This material compensates for the stiffness of the belt in the event of poor engagement with the tooth 18. Thus, there will be equivalent functioning if both ejector links 19 and 20 have one side tooth and if two links 14 located adjacent to these two links do not have such a tooth. Thus, there may be three types of links. In an embodiment (FIG. 4), a warehouse 42 with cells 43-46, their common toothed belt 47 driven from axes 48 and 49, and a common belt conveyor 50 driven from axes 51 and 52 are shown, Warehouses 53 and 54, similar to warehouse 42, can be located next to each other, their belt conveyors 55 and 56, driven from axes 57 and 58, which are connected respectively to axes 51 and 52, can be connected. install a number of warehouses in accordance with the invention, with an arbitrary number of cells and with very different sizes of boxes for products. The whole complex is controlled by computer. As an example, the dimensions (in centimeters) of various elements of the device are given: 0 Height Length Width Warehouse 180 600 80 Cell 12020 10 Chain (common length) 60 5 Transporter removal 600 30 Link 0.6-2 In this case, there are two rows of 60 cells, i.e. only 120 cells. 0 When the speed of the toothed belt 33 is 750 cm / min, the maximum number of ejects per cell is 37.5 per minute, i.e. 4500 ejects per minute for the entire warehouse. 5 You can use various products for storage: audio cassettes and video tapes, digital discs, books, magazines and periodicals, cigarette packs, medicines, electronic components, spare parts, food products, textiles, accessories, clothing, watches, shoes, cosmetics, luggage, etc. You can push products weighing up to 20 kg, this value corresponds to the limits of use of belt conveyors. 5 Cell 1 is similar to that shown in FIG. In the extrusion device 59, there is a chain similar to that shown in Fig. 1, except that the links 60 and 61 have fingers-ejectors and a side 0 tooth 62, 63 of the engagement, downward and truncated. The entire ejection device can be rotated around an axis 64 parallel to the belt 33 between the rest position (Fig. 7) and the working position (Fig. 8). 5, a spring 65 connects an ejector to a support, and a controllable electromagnet can set it in a working position. When the ejection device is in an off position, the tooth 62 cannot get onto the toothed belt 33. On the contrary, in FIG. 3 such an engagement is possible and the chain turns in the direction of the arrow 66, and the finger of the link 61 moves 5 and pushes the box 9 through hole 8. The device (Fig. 9) makes it possible to store and distribute cellular packages or similar, for example, there may be clamps that compress the edges of flexible bags, which, as well as the cellular packages 67 and 68, are strung into a row through the holes 69 on the guide rod 70, which is fixed in the rear wall 71 of the cell 72. In the ceiling (upper wall in the form of a horizontal flange) 73 the cell 72, the ejection device 74 is fixed, which has a control device 75, similar to the device in figure 1, such a device is an electromagnet with a lever that advances from the slot a chain on which there are links 76, similar to links 14 (figure 1), and many links 77 having a finger-ejector 78, but without a lateral tooth engagement The link 77 acts on each package one at a time, and several links 76 located between links 77. The ejection device 74 interacts with a toothed belt 79. In the case of control of the electromagnet of the device 75, the chain comes out of the slot, due to which the link 76 is carried away by the belt 79, and the link 77 connected with the package 67 pushes the package with the finger-ejector 78 until it leaves the rod 70. Movement is stopped as soon as the next link 77 without a lateral tooth is located directly from the belt 79. The packaging is removed by a belt conveyor 80. The proposed warehouse can, for example, be used for direct distribution of products to customers or for training in large wholesale centers.
